Description

ALU-STOP BN-X Boron-Nitride-Powder is specially designed release agent for the electrostatic application for aluminium extrusion process. It successfully replaces graphite, oils, greases and soot and provides an excellent release action while suppressing the welding of aluminium billets to the dummy block.

Application

ALU-STOP BN-X Boron-Nitride-Powder is applied electrostatically as a powder coating on either the dummy block or an the face on the billet.

Storage-Container Size

Containers should be kept closed. ALU-STOP BN-X Boron-Nitride-Powder is available in 1kg, 2kg and 10kg-containers.
